OROPA ESTATES LIMITED is a private limited liability company incorporated in Ghana under the companies code 1963 (Act 179) on 15th February 2008 and was given the Certificate to commerce Business on 16th February, 2008.

The company, which is backed by the ownership of an Italian Civil Engineer and his wife, was incorporated to undertake the following activities:

 - Build Estates of high standards for rental and /or sale.
 - Import material and equipment in relation to Estate development.
 - Acquire lands and properties to be developed for estates purposes.

OROPA ESTATES LIMITED envisages attaining the status of one of the most efficient and leading Real Estates companies in Ghana, positioning itself as the market leader.

MISSION:

The company’s mission is to satisfy its customers, employees, shareholders and other stakeholders by producing and selling with the minimum delay, good quality houses at competitive prices, ensuring fair, motivated and equitable reward of employees, good returns on shareholders fund and prompt and fair payment to its suppliers.
The project is both technically and financially viable. It has a ready market for its products of high standard housing.
